2.1. Most products are held in stock as components and are assembled into complete sets when you place an order.
2.2. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for us to process and prepare your order before shipment. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2.3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This confirmation will typically include tracking information or a link to track the shipment.

– shipping orchestration platforms such as ShippyPro or EasyShip.

International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

6.5. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate. We are not responsible for such delays.
Risk of Loss and Title
7.1. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you. Until delivery, we remain responsible for the shipment.
7.2. We take care to pack products securely, but we cannot guarantee that carriers will not mishandle packages. If your parcel appears visibly damaged on delivery, it is helpful to note this with the carrier and document it with photos, then contact us as soon as possible.
Failed Deliveries and Return to Sender
8.1. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. This includes any apartment, suite, or floor numbers, as well as correct postal codes.
8.2. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal not related to visible damage, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment where possible. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8.3. If a parcel is returned to us for the reasons in clause 8.2, we may, where appropriate and permitted by law, either (i) re-ship the order at your cost, or (ii) treat the return as a return under the right of withdrawal (where applicable) and issue a refund of the product price minus the original shipping costs and any direct return-to-sender costs charged by the carrier. Where the right of withdrawal does not apply, or where a refund is not required by law, we may decline a refund or deduct reasonable costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery.
